Busch 25019 Messerschmitt Bf 109 G, Croatia

This Croatian Air Force aircraft is one of a dozen Messerschmitt G models delivered from Germany. Some of them were also flown by pilots of the 15th Croatian squadron of the JG52 led by Lieutenant Colonel Fanjo Dzal (born April 9, 1906 in Bihac, Bosnia and Herzegovina) - Dzal had already fought at Kursks tank battle. The Croatian squad capitulated to US forces in April 1945 at Falconara / Italy.
