Busch 7208 Rigid Foam Starter Set

The foam sheets were originally used by architects and by designers. These sheets have an almost continuous surface - unlike Styrofoam. Its very easy to cut and shape these sheets with common household tools: With a simple saw or large knife the foam blocks can easily be trimmed and shaped. Multiple boards can be joined together with hot glue wood glue or contact adhesive and then be further developed Further modelling is done with fine carving and craft knives, chisels and sandpaper. If the surface is roughened with a wire brush the result gives you a simple realistic surface layer of rock. Finally the model surface can be painted with acrylic paints (e.g. Busch 1702 to 1709) before scatters and flocks are applied over the top of the colouring. The ease of processing and the excellent impression of the finished landscape speak for themselves. The material is also highly useful in conjunction with to the new Busch Terrain System 7206 plug-in and process the honeycomb panels 7207. Detailed instructions for developing the set is included.
