Kit. Prototype data: In April 1985 the company Gottwald introduced the most powerful telescopic crane worldwide called AMK 1000-103. The 10-axle mobile crane is powered by a MERCEDES-BENZ diesel engine with 425 kW/615 HP. 9 axes are steerable. The shipping weight is approx. 100 t. The superstructure is also driven by a MERCEDES-BENZ diesel engine with 186 kW/253 HP. The crane device consists of crane body with directly installed cylinders. The separately transported telescopic boom consists of the basic boom and 3 telescopic booms. The spool height is about 62 m. Max. payload 1000 t. Therefore 140 t balance weight is needed. The prototype was positioned at company RIGA in Mayence. The biggest mobile crane used on streets was registered in the Guiness Book of Records in 1986. Suitable transport vehicle item-No.10442.
